Return & Exchange Policy

At Outils De Mode, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not fully happy with your order, here’s how returns and exchanges work:

1- Normal Returns & Exchanges:
• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange items.
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

2- Faulty Items:
• If you receive a faulty item, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us and request a return or exchange.
• Faulty items must be returned with photo proof of the defect.

3- Non-Refundable Items:
• Sale or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty.

4- How to Return or Exchange:
• To initiate a return or exchange, please submit a request here with your order number and Zip Code.
• Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address.

5- Refunds:
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
