1- Normal Returns & Exchanges:
– You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange items.
– To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

2- Faulty Items:
– If you receive a faulty item, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us and request a return or exchange.
– Faulty items must be returned with photo proof of the defect.

3- Non-Refundable Items:
– Sale or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty.

4- How to Return or Exchange:
– To initiate a return or exchange, please submit a request here with your order number and Zip Code.
– Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address.

5- Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
